Yes. The 3CX app for iPhone and Android lets you make and answer calls from your business number. We recommend it for every user.

What happens if our internet goes down?

Calls can keep ringing through the 3CX mobile app on your cell phone, or forward to cell phone numbers. We set it up the way you prefer.

How much does a VoIP phone system cost?

Our VoIP service is professional and affordable. You pay a yearly 3CX license plus a monthly service fee, and the total depends on how many users and features you need. Contact us for a quote.

Is there a contract?

There is no long-term contract. The yearly 3CX license fee is non-refundable.

Who provides the phone service?

We set customers up with phone service through Flowroute, the same carrier SoHo Network Solutions uses for its own phones.

Can we send text messages from our business number?

Yes. Carriers require businesses to register before texting from a regular 10-digit number (called 10DLC registration), and we help you complete it.

Does a VoIP phone system work with 911?

Yes. We set up e911 so emergency calls report the correct address for your location.

Can we still send and receive faxes?

Yes. Incoming faxes arrive as email through 3CX. For outgoing fax, we set you up with VoIP.ms, unless you already have a solution.

Does 3CX work with Microsoft 365?

Yes. 3CX integrates with Microsoft 365 and popular CRMs such as Salesforce and Freshdesk.
